    • Question: Are all 9 the same size as shown on the box? or they are different sizes ?

      Answer: Haven't measured, but they are all alike. I didn't get mine, as they were out of it. I like them so much I wanted a larger box. So I'm back to buying the 3 packs. I use that size on my lower back. Really haven't had to use on my neck. I forget I have one on and have left it until bedtime. Really like very much.

    Very effective!
    An immediate pain relief. Use it for years to avoid medication and injections. After couple hours you start feeling the heat and how the pain goes.

    Heat Wraps
    These work very well, I put them on my back and usually need a little tape to keep in place for 8 hours.
