Answer: If you're young which i think you are...i was obsessed with being taller when i was young...i turned out to be 6'3 and all my other brothers turned out to be short. 5'6/5-8....so i would drink alot of milk for the calcium almost about a gallon a day...i heard stretching worked so i stretched and even getting good sleep worked.. i believe there are treatments where people inject hgh into there knees you should research this. I also avoided weight lifting maybe i started that prematurely. -
Question: Would you give me a go if I want to use this multivitamin, cuts, and animal whey protein?
Answer: Go for it! I think this would be a very good supplement stack to go with. Always keep the vitamin around... but... I would say use a different protein. The Animal protein upset my stomach and did not taste the best. Ive always used Optimum nutrition. Number one for sure... Make sure you eat right! Remember a supplement is JUST that. Supplementation to a healthy diet. Ive gotten good results eating every 2 hours and with intermittent fasting. Good Luck! -

Answer: Too much of anything can be a bad thing but there is nothing in Animal Pak specifically that causes cancer -

Answer: It does have Alanine in it. -
Question: I'm doing a 5-day powerlifting routine is one a day?
Answer: I am not sure but it sounds like you're asking is one pack a day enough during your 5-day power routine. You have to give the product time enough to be in your system to work properly. I personally did not start noticing any of the effects of the Animal Pak until after three weeks of taking them once a day. Results may vary for each individual, but I know it's going to take longer than 5 days to get in your system for you to start noticing an improvement or benifit. Also once you've been taking them for 30 days or more and if for some reason you decide to stop you will definitely notice the difference. There have been times when I have stopped for 30 days and up to three months and my body endurance and strength definitely told me just start taking my Animal Pak daily regiment again.
