For HX9120, you will need the regular rubber seal Asin: B07J514P75, however when some of customers wish to upgrade and improve the sealing performance of their toothbrush, we would also recommend this upgraded rubber seal Asin: B08QZ61ZG1, this rubber seal should fit for most models, which we have listed the compatibly on picture 2. (please also refer to the tip of metal shaft, we listed one type that doesn’t fit. as shown on picture 4. ) beside this one, it should work for all the rest models.
