    • Question: Can't get the ball open. received defective ball? reached out to company and awaiting response. no instructions included either.

      Answer: It's a common question! No worries though, the Neuro Ball is made fairly tight so it doesn't come apart when your rolling with it. If you set it on the ground with the seam vertical, you can just step on it so it 'cracks' open.
    • Question: I have edema, especially in the balls of my feet. Will the Neuro Ball address that problem?

      Answer: Yes, these tools are meant to help move fluid, along with providing a stimulus through the texture. A lot of folks use the Neuro Ball for this type of work. Happy rolling!
    • Question: Is this from China?

      Answer: Designed in Colorado. Made in China.
    • Question: Could I use this submerged in a basin while I soak my feet?

      Answer: Absolutely! The silicone is very inert, and should be fine with anything you'd want to soak your feet in ;)
    • Question: How wide is the half dome when the ball is split in two? the rad website has a picture showing 4.25”. it says 2.6” elsewhere.

      Answer: It's right around 3.1 inches in diameter. Thanks for bringing this up, we'll make sure it's the same across the board!

      Answer: Yes, they are latex free. We make the Neuro Ball and Micro Round out of pure silicone ;)
    • Question: Is there an opening to add air if needed after some use ?

      Answer: The Neuro Ball is solid silicone, so it isn't inflatable, and won't break down over time ;)
    • Question: Is this good to help with Balance?

    Overpriced for what it is.
    You can get similar set ups for around $7. Both balls feel good on your feet but it's not worth $25 or more dollars

    What a wonderful relief
    I hurt my foot when I stepped on a lose piece of gravel. I was in pain for a few weeks before a friend recommended this. This wonderful little ball gave me relief from day one of using it. I used it consistently for a couple of weeks. Zero pain. Only regret is that I didn't know sooner.

    Finally after years
    I bought two and have used them daily for several months to fix low back and hip tightness. One for home and one for work. I use it laying on the floor and also against a wall at work. It works surprisingly well. For tender spots I start light and gently build up pressure.

    SO good
    Awesome massage ball, I loved it. Bought one for my mother in law, who loves to use it after a long day at work. You can stand on both of the halves to give the ultimate pressure massage, or simply roll it with your foot while still together. It comes with a little ball inside which I use for my hands and arms, totally worth the buy.

    Functional, good quality
    It is hard to rate this product because I just started using it. It is good quality and is as advertised. It does get easier to do the exercises as seen on you tube (suggested by my therapist) the more you do them. I find “cracking the ball open” challenging in bare feet, but I generally keep it “open” and do my exercises with the two large half-domes and small ball. I remain hopeful that it will help my neuropathy problem. My friend swears by hers.
