    • Question: Is this fix permanent? Or does it come off with normal cleaning?

      Answer: It does wipe off . Was not happy with this product.
    • Question: is it just for wood ?

      Answer: Pretty much just for wood
    • Question: Why are the colors (names) not on the tubes please?

      Answer: I don't own the company, I purchased the product. I can say the products worked well.
    • Question: Do the filler colors wash off or are they waterproof like an epoxy? Basically what are the color tubes made from?

      Answer: The color tubes are a liquid wood filler that you fill in the scratches and let it dry before finishing work. Hope this helped. Not a quick process.
    • Question: is it good for outdoor wood furniture? do you have a larger kit for a larger project?

      Answer: I don't know. I didn't use this product on outdoor furniture. And I don't know if manufacturer has larger kit. However the kit I received has 12 wood touch-up filler of 12 different wood types and 8 marker touch up, 1 jar of bees wax and wood putty. The wood fillers are 20 g.
    • Question: Wood putty came hatd as a rock. Is that the way it is supposed to be ?e

      Answer: Mine did as well. Let it sit in the house for a couple days and it worked just fine. Was cold outside so maybe got overly chilled.
    • Question: How do we know color name on each tube? Names/ color arent on tubes?

      Answer: The names of the colors are certainly on the tubes.
    • Question: Would this product fill nail holes in trim?

    Took multiple applications to repair
    It took multiple applications of the markers and putty before the repair was complete. It was a bit of a hassle, but the end result was satisfactory.
