    • Question: Do these have that strange gritty texture?

      Answer: No. These are the only protein bars I like. I as well hate that weird texture and taste some protein bars have.
    • Question: When does the product expire?

      Answer: There is always an expiration date printed on the box or the wrapping. The bars don't go bad for a long time after that date though. It's just what the manufacturer estimates is the last date the bar will retain all of its flavor and nutrition. I don't know whether protein and the other ingredients break down or not, but I've got some bars that are 3 months past exp date and they're fine.
    • Question: Was anyone else's cookies n cream bar expired??

      Answer: No they were not expired
    • Question: Will these bars help with weight gain

      Answer: Sure, if you add resistance exercise and keep your other food intake the same. But it will be slower than if you were eating low protein/high fat/high carb bars. Protein takes more energy to digest, which subtracts from the total intake of high protein bars. To explain, high carb bar of 400 calories might add 350 to your diet after energy for digestion. High protein bar of 400 calories might add 325 to your diet after energy for digestion.

    5 start forsure. I been eating these bars for a few weeks now, they are a great source of protein that I need, I rarely make breakfast and I workout normally noonish so it great to have this in my system before working out or just generally, The FLAVOR IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST OF THIS BRAND. They don’t have the fake sugar crap that taste disgusting liKe sucralose, acefulfame, and aspartame. Every other bar I looked for or have tried had those in it. They are terrible for you and I’m not a health nut by any means but I steer clear of those unless you want major headaches and many many more side effects. Google it. God bless

    Taste Great and Gluten Free
    These are my favorite brand of gluten free protein bars. They taste great and are available on several different flavors. Great for a quick snack or meal replacement on the go

    I look forward to eating these, but not buying them.
    They taste incredible but they're so expensive! texture can be hit or miss depending on temperature. I've had some that were perfectly soft and smooth and others that felt like an old tire.
