Answer: No water on the floor, no leaks. The only problem for me is that water stays in the holder and you get some mold forming because of the standing water. -

Answer: When stored, the brush is completely covered by the two 'doors' that flop down after the brush head get into holder. It is an attractive bush / holder combination. The brush head is well shaped for every need and the bristles flexible but firm enough for any cleaning job. -

Answer: I don't see why not. The flaps can be held open. Overall, it is a well designed toilet bowl cleaner. -

Answer: The base is fully assembled, you just have to pop the brush head on (it's replaceable so that made sense to me, also why I bought this one).
