    For me, most effective in combination
    Appears to be easing a problem with gas and belching. Have been taking for 3 months, sometimes changing up the schedule slightly, and involving other supplements. Have learned not to take magnesium in my case, which chemically combines with hcl in the gut to produce hydrogen gas. Most recently results have been best with 2 Atrantil each with lunch and dinner, but at breakfast instead taking a supplement with a Bacillus subtilis De111 probiotic (ZenWise No Bloat), along with a Lactobacillus reuteri probiotic, both of which have research which might recommend them in my circumstance. I had also tried going to 3 Atrantil in the evening, but found that too much.

    nothing so far, I'll keep using them to see
    I went to the gastroenterologist for bloating whenever I eat and he suggested these, saying they help some of his patients. So far they have not worked for me. I will keep using them to see if they make any difference but after weeks I haven't noticed any difference.
