Several articles on collagen synthesis, the Types I-V and the role they play in the health of skin, joints, hair, nails, digestion, loss through aging, and habits that contribute to its depletion are explained and more. Naked's collagen is a 100% grass-fed bovine source, with no poultry, egg membrane, or fish (for allergy considerations). If by "types" you are asking if it specifically contains I, II, III, IV, or V, etc - at the end of the narrative "What is the Role of Collagen in the Body?", Naked concludes "for all the important health considerations listed in this article, we offer our collagen peptides....". It doesn't appear to say. I would also recommend checking out draxe.com for an excellent take on his multi-sourced beef, chicken, egg and fish collagen powder that clearly states the inclusion of types I, II, III, IV, V, AND X in a high quality offering.       Answer: it is a collagen peptide , so one pure ingredient as it states only one ingredient
    • Question: How many grams of collagen per serving? There isn’t anything in the description about it.

      Answer: Does the seller not recognize that there are different types of collagen that perform different functions in the body, such as feeding hair and nails, or skin, or muscles, etc? Every other brand lists the type of collagen they contain (ex: "type 1 and 3") and the fact that this brand does not, and does not seem to even understand that there are different types, makes this a no-go for me, despite the nice label and catchy name.

    I have the collagen supplement and women’s multivitamin. I like the clean ingredients/taste of collagen.

    No taste and dissolves in both hot and cold liquids!
    Easy to use. I prefer to just scoop into my coffee everyday and with some stirring it dissolves completely unlike similar products that I’ve tried. Also no taste in this collagen which is appreciated- makes it so versatile.

    The bloating, the constant cramps is gone. I take meds regularly I decided to to try and I no longer have issues, is just great the relief ...add this to my daily protein shakes ! it works =)
