Question: Can you use a straw with these?
Answer: No, they have two sides, a "sippy" side (spout) and a drink side, there is no room for a straw with the lid on, take the lid off and you can use a straw, then you have the same spillability as with a regular glass. I bought these for my wife to use , unfortunately, her Parkinsons did not allow her to use it properly. Hope this helps. -
Question: Is this cup BPA-free?
Answer: They are not BPH approved. They are not leak proof, therefore I’m unable to use them for my elder aunt. -
Question: What I'd like to know is how thick and how wide is the handle, anyone know?
Answer: The handles are not that thick but it’s wide enough for anyone of any size to hold it. But I had to return them because they leaked out of the rims with the cover on. -

Answer: Yes, it has two lids, for different thickness. -
Question: Does the patient have to be able to suck in order to get the liquid through the hole? So if I were to tip the cup over, the liquid would slowly drip?
Answer: Didn’t have to suck and yes water would slowly leak out if tipped over. I did not like these cups. The lids were terribly difficult to get on and off. Not user friendly! Good luck! To be honest, if this is for an elder patient, my Mom likes the $ store tumbler with the flip straw lids. -
Question: I have ordered the 3 pack twice and it was mislabeled twice. Cups were only 10 ounces and opaque. Has this been remedied?
Answer: Yes, but they didn’t work for me, they leaked.
