Answer: I use regular ice packs that I have on hand. It works fine that way and I already had them on hand and they fit in the pouch. -

Answer: No, silly. This is just an ice pack on a belt. The sub zero temperatures you need for cool sculpting are not for this product. -
Question: This photo is not the dimensions described. Product is much smaller than depicted in photo. Is photo an error?
Answer: You’re correct this picture is not true to size. I’m actually wearing mine now and it’s not as big as the picture suggests. I still have no regrets with my purchase of this ice/heat pack. I am 4 weeks post op of my 3rd spinal fusion surgery and I wear this under my back brace. -
Question: Can this be left in the freezer when not in use?
Answer: Yes. I use mine everyday. But if you need the space in the freezer for something else, it needs 12-24 hours, depending on your freezer, to get cold enough to use. -

Answer: I never have frost on my ice pack, but I keep in a zipped plastic bag. I think it would also depend on your freezer? -

Answer: Hi Jane12...It comes with the gel pack (for ice or heat therapy). It works great, but per my recent review, it's not as large as the picture aims to depict. It doesn't cover as much of the upper or lower back as their picture demonstrates. But it does work well! ~Mich
