Answer: Thank you for contacting Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions! Our Complete Protein & Vitamin Shake Mix (B100275) is best served ice cold after conventional mixing. Unfortunately, baking temperatures are not recommended as they may denature protein quality. -

Answer: I didn't see any listing of whey on the ingredients. This stuff is good or I wouldn't have ordered it. Keeps my skin smooth and my nails strong. -

Question: Does this make you look bloated?
Answer: It shouldn't, but if you have trouble digesting any of the ingredients, it can cause bloating. I personally had excessive gut gurgling and bloating after using this product for a week. I found that maltodextrin does this to me -- but my kids can tolerate it no problem.
