    Excellent product
    I have tried many different insoles over the years. These are the most comfortable and hold up the best as well. I have them in all my shoes and boots!!

    Made my sneakers comfortable
    These do replace the insoles your sneakers came with, so you will have to pull the old ones out, which is usually not difficult. You cut them to your shoe size, which is also not difficult, as they provide lines where to cut for various shoe sizes. Biggest issue could be that these may be thicker than your current insoles, so if your sneakers are already snug, this might make them snugger. But for me, these made my sneakers more comfortable.

    Make your feet super hot!
    These are nice and soft, and feel very comfortable under your feet. But after using them for about 10 minutes your feet start to feel a burning sensation as these pads keep all the heat in your shoes. Maybe people like that but I certainly don’t. They really take up space in the shoe and create lots of heat.

    The sole is not breathable, making my shoes wet.
