    Natural muscle relaxer
    Liquid magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer. I have also used it in the past for overwhelming anxiety caused by dropping a benzo medication. I can put it on a spasming muscle and it works almost immediately. Caution: it causes diarrhea if you take too much at once and aren’t used to it. I add it to my water jug every morning, so I’m getting a small amount all day long. This has made a huge difference in muscle twitching and nerve twitching in my neuropathic feet. Since I have natural anxiety, it helps with that too.
