    Excellent herbal medicine!
    I've been taking this once a day for a few months, and despite having an extremely stressful life at the moment my cognition has clearly sharpened to closer where it used to be, and my anxiety is far more controlled. I even believe my panic attacks are now nearly cured. I'll soon be working with my gp to try reducing the citalopram I've been taking for a decade for anxiety and panic attacks. Family members who decided to try it themselves also report improved memory and cognition, better sleep, and even some restoration of previously lost nervous function. (Signals to pee and poop have returned in an elderly family member whose spinal stenosis had deadened those sensations.) Very good medicine! I just wish we knew when to STOP taking it, lest the benefits get outweighed by taking it when no longer beneficial. Will try to find this information.

    Seems to be helping
    I have a lot of nerve issues and some slight memory loss. I’ve been taking this for about a month now and I have had some improvement in those areas. It didn’t cause heartburn like I thought it would. I’m going to keep taking it and also start my daughter on it who has some health challenges as well.

    Seems to do a good job but VERY EXPENSIVE for the small amount of capsules.
