Answer: Gaia mushrooms are grown organically in China, where about 85% of the world’s supply of Mushrooms are grown. They choose their supplier, Nammex, because they align with their mission, vision, values with regards to quality. The founder of Nammex has over 40 years of experience studying medicinal Mushrooms and has been perfecting the science of organic Mushroom farming in China since 1989. Only the fruiting body is harvested and extracted and their mushrooms products are rice and gluten free. -
