    Hot flashes completely stopped
    A friend recommended Black Cohosh to help with hot flashes. I couldn’t believe the difference it made after a few days. I went from having hot flashes through out the day and at night to having none at all. Seriously. None.

    Too Soon to Tell
    Only on my 2nd bottle, so I'm not sure if it's doing anything or not. I do not have hot flashes, so taking it more to help avoid them and hopefully regulate my period a bit. Bottle came sealed and no foul odors.

    40mg not 540 like some brands
    Love I can take this in a lower dose. I use for menopause to reduce hot flashes. For me, I take one in the morning and one at night. It seems to work about 6-8 hours and that gets me thru most of the work day and most of the night sleep. Since there aren't any long-term studies, I'm happy to just take this small dose for now. No side effects for me - and I usually have issues with most meds and some foods, so this is a joy! It is worth trying to see if it works for you for the temporary relief of annoying hot flashes.
