    They work!
    These gels are awesome. They do not bloat stomach or make me feel like I need to throw up. Most gels are so hard on stomach. These are not. They are more water based and work well on long runs with sips of water and electrolytes. Def a game changer. Sort of bigger then avg gels but don’t think you need less. It’s because they are more water based and closer to real fruit. Follow same dosage regimen of taking gels.

    To me not have noticeable difference from GU, but with higher price though.

    Good product, not so good packaging
    The taste isn’t great, but it isn’t bad either. My primary requirement is that it doesn’t cause GI issues when I use it. This is one of the few products I’ve used that hasn’t caused me issues. Recently completed a Half Marathon and took two gels during the race with no GI upset. My only complaint is with the packaging. It is difficult to open, especially on the move, and is much larger than I feel it should be. They just don’t fit very comfortably in the pockets of shorts. If they improve the packaging this would definitely be worthy of the other star.

    Awesome Product!
    This is definitely one of the better gels that I’ve tried and I highly recommend it. It’s easy to swallow and you don’t have to drink a lot of water to digest it.
