      Answer: It doesn’t the wet swifter has Velcro to attaché, use the old original swifter dry mop

      Answer: lt looks like china. it states material feature, and the language looks like chinese in the description. hope this helps. Just as a side note: I have not repurchased this item. It works well if it is a small area that needs to be cleaned but for larger areas I found I needed to use too many to clean.
