Question: If there is 2007 mg of elemental magnesium in 2 capsules, then the supplemental facts (210 mg magnesium per 3 capsules) are incorrect? Very confusing.
Answer: Important to note, at least in my observation: The first ingredient is not magnesium L-threonate, it is glycinate. Second point: In regards to the threonate form, the amount of magnesium appears to be huge but in fact the “elemental magnesium“ content is much, much smaller. -
Question: To seller: The front has 2207 mg per serving, but the supplement facts section says 210 mg of magnesium per 3 capsules. What does 2207 measure?
Answer: This label is completely dishonest. The larger numbers are the TOTAL Mg. The “212” is the amount of *elemental* Mg you get, combined, from all three types of Mg in each serving. For instance: magnesium glycinate, per Google’s answer to the question “What percentage of magnesium glycinate is elemental magnesium?” is 14%. -
Question: Do you have a larger pill that I only need to take one a day?
Answer: As a consumer of this product myself, I think you’re asking the wrong question; if you want to be larger pill, you’re risking a choke hazard. -
Question: What size capsules are these?
Answer: 2207 mg, I only take the pill at night.It helps me get the sleep I need and feel full of energy in the morning. My mind is clear and sharp. I recommended it to my daughter and she has similar results. hopefully it will help other people.
