Answer: It may also depend on why someone is taking this supplement. I use 15 mg L5MTHF, 5 mg methylcoalbmin (B12), 100 mg p-5-p (B6) to help repair the myelin sheathe of nerves due to neuropathy. (Closest I could get to Metanx)
