      Answer: Hello Dear Customer You can see how to install the battery in the video. First, turn clockwise to open the bottom cover, you can see the battery box, the plus sign on the left is positive, the raised end of the battery is facing up, the minus sign on the right is negative, the battery is smooth One end is facing up. After installing the battery, turn it counterclockwise to close the lid and it is ready to use.
    • Question: What kind of battery goes in the remote? No where does it address this.

      Answer: It takes a button battery. Like a watch battery. I don't remember the number though.

    This is God sent for us ladies!!!! I am in menopause and I have a hard time getting there and this thing right here sent me over the edge. Whew.... 10 out of 10!
