Answer: The broom and pan come with multiple segments fo the handle, and can be assembled in multiple ways, for different lengths. This is a really nice broom and pan. I actually purchased a 2nd one to have one on each level of my home. -

Question: The clip on my dustpan is facing the wrong way. Is the clip adjustable without loosening the pole?
Answer: I just tried to loosen my clip, but I couldn’t do it . It is adhered to the pole and will not budge. Would it be possible for you to unscrew the assembled pole from the dustpan and re-screw it back to the base of the pole facing the right direction? -

Question: Is the pole of the broom/dustpan strong enough for long time use?
Answer: Yes, both of the broom and dustpan handles are made of thickened stainless steel. And will not bend or break. -
Question: How does the clip work? (Mine will not lock at all.) One user said they posted a video but it's not up.
Answer: I am the user who posted the video. Be prepared to say, “you have got to be kidding me.” when you see how the clip works. You are proabably trying to clip one of the black plastic portions of the broom into the clip and finding it to be too thick to fit and then finding the metal portion to be too thin to fit. ⭐️This is because you are trying to PUSH the Broom into the clip. This won’t work.⭐️ You essentially hold the broom and drop into the clip like you would drop a knife into a scabbard. In case the video doesn’t show: Stand facing the dustpan with the broom in your hand. Slide the METAL portion of the broom that’s about 2 inches below the 3rd black section into the clip like you are trying to clip it to the dustpan. Lower the broom handle into the slot. The metal portion will slip through the clip because it’s too thin BUT the black portion will SLOT itself right into the clip. I attached the video i posted to this response.
