Question: Is it Halal?
Answer: MegaFood is not Halal certified but products that are certified vegan would pass muster with those looking for Halal products and would have the vegan certification on the bottle. Unfortunately, this product is not considered vegan. Our Vitamin D3 in our multivitamins does contain lanolin, which comes from the oil on sheep wool. As well as the GTF Chromium that we use is derived from duck feathers. Because it utilizes an animal by-product (wool,feathers), it is not considered vegan.
