Question: is 110V or 220v?
Answer: The transformer that came with the PerfectDry is good for 100 to 240 volts input and 5 volts output. I hope you have about 120 volts on your house circuits. For some reason in the U.S. we got use to saying 110 volts for our house outlets but we should be getting 120 volts from our house outlets. The PerfectDry will work on 100, 110, 120, 220, and 240 volts but if your house outlets only have 110 volts your power company or circuits may be working a little less than they should. My 2 week old PerfectDry works fine with 2 hearing aid sets at a time. -
