Answer: Yes, but not as much as the fluoride brands. Honestly this is the best tasting, non-fluoride toothpaste I have found- that isn’t a kids toothpast -

Answer: My dental cleanings have been the same as when I used fluoride toothpaste. No extensive plaque but I do floss daily -
