      Answer: I don't know , but I would think tat you would just buy another heel pack since the gel packs must be most f the cost.
    • Question: Is the ice on the bottom of the heel

      Answer: The ice covers the bottom of the heel and the ankle.
    • Question: Does it cool where the foot and the leg meet and the foot bends?

      Answer: It seems to cool everywhere! Very good solid product.
    • Question: What size is this

      Answer: It's a "fits lots of people" size. I wear a size 8 or 8-1/2 shoe, pretty average and it would work fine on a smaller or larger foot. If this is a really large foot or a child's foot, it might not work so well.
    • Question: What is the length of the velcro on this?

      Answer: The unstretched length of the Velcro strap is 60cm (23.6"). This strap is elastic and can extend up to 68cm (26.8").
    • Question: How do you warm this? Microwave??

      Answer: yes, just heat the ankle ice pack in microwave for 30 seconds, then it is ready to use.

      Answer: No it is only one. It can work on either foot. Works good!!

    Good for heel/foot and also elbows!
    This is not only perfect for my foot and heel pain, but it also works great for my tennis elbow! The strap really keeps it in place.

    Work but not very good design
    Its a simple ice gel wrap gets very cold and works on the part of ankle and foot I wanted it for but would've been nice if it reached a little more under the ball of the foot it goes to the middle arch...but the real problem I have with this wrap is the velcro wrap around belt, it is not very secure it keeps sliding off where you want it to be, I think that could've been resolved that with one single belt loop on the rear of the gel pack. I don't feel like returning it, but there is probably better out there.
