Taste nothing like swedish fish. Taste like a weird bubble gum. Stick to the sour patch flavor. No jitters. Wears off pretty quick if you're working out and eating a good diet.

So I rarely do reviews, but I really wanted to be helpful about this particular pre workout. I have taken pre workout supplements in the past and spend a good amount of money. They were a total let down. I either crashed hard, felt jittery or sick to my stomach even after eating. Luckily for most part, I just got my money back. From that experience, you would think I would never try pre workout supplements ever again. Let me say my stats: I am female, late 30s, 5’6, 205lbs currently and I am trying to lose 50lbs while toning and strengthen my muscles. As far as health, I have no cardiovascular complications and other than being overweight I am fairly healthy. I decided to research a pre workout supplement because I needed a boost. I tend to get tired a lot and not motivated to continue when I workout. I found this supplement and boy let me tell you, this is pretty good! Now just because my experience was positive, I do advise seeking a health professional if you do have health complications. My experience may not be your experience. However this taste good, no bitter after taste. No jitters just energy! I was waiting for a crash and I had none. I felt the energy calming down gently and normalizing after a good 30-40mins into working out. I did have a bit of a sour stomach but nothing extreme like in the past also I took it on an empty stomach. Even on an empty stomach, to have a very mild sourness isn’t so bad. However I will eat something light before taking it. I did feel tiny tingles over my body but that stop less than 5 mins of feeling them. Oh and I sweat! Lots of sweat! I feel this supplement did it’s thing. If you are ok with red 40, it’s a pretty good pre workout. I am not going to take it every time I workout, but I will take it if I really need a boost of energy. I also used only 1 scoop with 12 oz of water. I do advise to start out with 1 scoop and don’t do the 2 scoops, especially starting out. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars (really a 4.5 if I could) only bc of the mild sour stomach and the tiny tingles but that’s it.

Doesn’t taste that good or dissolve that good but if you dry scoop it tastes exactly like warheads I do like the formula I just stack it with 5g of creatine good workout no crash .

This thing is what has kept me motivated to be working out the last six months. I am 5’2” and 125 pounds and definitely do not take the recommended dose which is two scoops, I probably take less than one scoop. Super delicious flavor.

I am somebody that has been addicted to energy drinks for 15 years. I need them in my life a lot of it is to help with prevention of migraines and getting through workouts or getting through the workday at a job that I hate. This is the most absolutely delicious product I’ve ever tried as far as drink powders it will give you so much energy but because it’s mixed with water and not a canned drink you will feel so much more hydrated. I don’t feel dry inside like when I would drink monsters out of a can or something similar, I will probably buy this forever. I absolutely love it. I wish it was a little bit more bang for your back, but nothing is better that I have tried.
