      Answer: It's like having nothing on your face... the nose mouth mask left my nose hurting because I had to make it tight enough so the air wont leak ....and the strap left the mark of straps on my face and head. the nozeseal works great.

    Works, but I did not receive the pictured item with a secondary strap that would go over the top of the head. My items had a strap the was just above the main wrap around strap for the back of the head. Despite this, the item did hold the nasal pillows in place.
