    Delicious but high saturated fat
    Delicious? Yes. Healthy? Ehh, better than a normal cookie in some respects. The taste and texture are absolutely phenomenal. Kinda a mix between a baked cookie and cookie dough. Honestly it’s so hard to eat just one… buuut given the fats you really should stick to one. Also keep in mind this is not a low or really reduced calorie food. A lot of regular cookies are similar. The protein is… okay. It’s nothing amazing for the calories. If you ate only these for a whole 2000 calorie day (not that I’m suggesting such), you would only get 95 grams of protein. Not enough if you’re trying to really build or maintain muscle. But, it’s certainly higher protein than your average cookie. But then you take a look at the fat. 12 grams, 7 grams of which is saturated. For a cookie that’s trying to be healthier, that number is disappointing. Yes, carbs are low for you keto fans, but keep in mind that keto doesn’t necessarily mean healthy, and saturated fat is still something to limit regardless of dietary preferences. Yes, the lower sugar is great. That is probably the best thing about it. But keep in mind, sugar in moderation is ok too. I’m still gonna give these a 4/5 cause the price point is alright and they *are* delicious. Just not sure I’ll order them again.
