    • Question: Can this be heated?

    • Question: Is it machine washable?

      Answer: Not sure but I’d suggest just hang washing or spot cleaning.
    • Question: Does this help with headaches other than migraines?

      Answer: I am not sure but my headaches are not migraines but hormone induced headaches and it works great for me.
    • Question: Does it have gel in it for the top part of the head?

      Answer: There is an opening at the top but it is surrounded buy the material with the gel. It is also large enough that you could just lay it comfortably on the top of your head instead of placing it over your head. You would place the most gel where you need it. One of the things I like about it is that it’s soft, flexible material and there are many ways to use it with comfort.
    • Question: Is it eligible for hsa / fsa?

      Answer: Not that I'm aware of. Unless you can get a doctor to prescribe it's use for you. Then you might be able to.
    • Question: Is there any latex in this product?

      Answer: Ice crystals on the outside are probably due o being kept in a non-frost-free freezer where moisture is forming on the outside - it should not impact the ability of the head wrap

      Answer: I don’t see why you couldn’t. It doesn’t stay ice cold for very long though.

    Great for migraines
    Love this mask. Perfect size for just the right amount of pressure for headaches. I do not, personally, put it in the freezer, per the instructions. I leave it in a large Ziploc in the fridge. Retains cold well and the freezer made it too cold for me to tolerate.

    Really helps prevent posture and muscle related headaches
    Perfect for me. Keep on in the vegetable draw and one in the freezer depending what temperature I want. Easy to travel with. Use it as a preventative after long days at the computer when I sleep.

    OMG
    If you can catch your migraine before serious onset - works well! Even if you use a little after onset, it helps a ton w relief and I’m able to rest while meds kick in!

    Worth it!
    I got this for my partner because he was having really bad migraines and it worked great for him! I just took his word for it but eventually I ended up getting some headaches too and I used it and it lives up to the praise. Because it covers your eyes, it gives a really soothing feeling and is great for people who are sensitive to light as it blocks out all light. It squeezes your head a little but the pressure helps with the headache/migraine and doesn’t hurt at all. It stays cool!! After putting it in the fridge, it stayed cool for hours. It basically stays cold unless you sit on it or if it’s in direct sunlight for a while. It’s easy to take on and off and is overall great! In my opinion, it’s a 10/10! :)
