Answer: yes it assists. have an OT help you. -
Question: Will it hurt to get it wet occasionally? I need a little extra length to get shower head off and on hanger in shower.
Answer: Unfortunately yes I think it would. If it was just a few times I donât think it would hurt it but getting it wet everyday the wood will start to swell. -
Question: How long is each piece when unscrewed?
Answer: Well, the ad states that the stick is 27" long. Looking at the picture of the two halves side by side, it appears they are about as equal in length as possible. So, I'd guess each half is as close to 13.5 " as possible. I don't have these with me right now, so that's the best I can do.
