Answer: I ordered the white, because the floor blended in good with my bedroom. The product works great, I usually do 10 minutes on both hands, twice a day -

Question: How long does this take to be fully charged?
Answer: Not long at all. It seemed to have come charged, but after it died for the first time I charged it for about 10 minutes and it was good to go! The massager shuts off on its own after 10 minutes anyway, so it helps keep the charge. -
Question: How does one clean this machine
Answer: I haven't had to clean it because I put on thin plastic or cotton gloves when I use it, which keeps the machine from getting dirty. I suspect you can contact the company for cleaning instructions but it is easier for me to just avoid getting it dirty :) -
Question: How long will it take to get warm when I turn on the heating function?
Answer: Normally it takes 2-3 minutes to warm up.
