    Whelp, it works.
    Am still in the middle of first cleansing and am 'pressing' on. The product referred to a site that would 'explain' how best to use, but site didn't exist or would not open for me.

    You're asking for a review on the first day of having it?
    It does its job. It's now 3 o'clock and I've been on the toilet 6 times so far. Hardly any warning, it hits and its butt blasting time. But this is day one, I expect the first few days to be unruly.
