Question: Does this have sulfates?
Answer: It doesn’t have synthetic fragrance or dyes, no formaldehyde, no petrochemicals, no phosphates, no optical brightened , no no YL phenol ethoxylates. It is vegan free of pesticides It has sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sea salt, disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate and a plant based enzyme blend ( protease, mannanase, amylase, cellulose and natural fragrance, derived from natural plant essences and oils. I don’t know if that answers your question. I know I am pretty careful about what I use and I like this product. -
Question: I want to know every ingredient of the products I use or put on my body. What is the natural fragrance made up of in detail?
Answer: With regards to the term "Natural Fragrance" in our products: Our natural fragrance is 100% naturally derived from all plant parts (stem, root, leaf) and it does not contain pesticides, solvents, dyes, or petroleum ingredients. Our natural fragrance is phthalate-free, paraben-free and vegan and we never use synthetic fragrances. We do use oil and isolates from the plants to create the scents using distillation, extraction, and expression. Nothing synthetic is used in the process or added to our natural fragrance or we would not be allowed to use the term “natural fragrance”. All of our natural fragrances are in accordance with ISO 9235. -
Question: Has this been tested on dri-fit clothing? I have some shirts that i don't even workout in, but have started to smell over time
Answer: Yes, it is great for dri-fit clothing! -
Question: Do you think I still need fabric softener, if I use this laundry detergent?
Answer: Fabric softener is not required when using our laundry detergent powder! However, if you have hard water, we recommending adding 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar. You can add the vinegar directly to the drum before the wash and into your fabric softener dispenser cup. Vinegar works as a mild acid and helps to dissolve the minerals in hard water. It's also an excellent, all-natural fabric softener! -
Question: Can I use this on cotton/polyester blends to remove leftover armpit odor?
Answer: I think it would remove the odor. It would not necessarily remove armpit stains. I use this regularly to wash my husband’s sweaty and stinky running clothes. -
Question: What scents comprise the sports fresh? Want to make sure it didn't include any I dislike.
Answer: Our Active Wear Laundry Detergent Powder is a Sport Fresh scent! It has a prominent citrus aroma with slightly floral undertones! -
Question: How well does the active formula work in cold water?
Answer: This product doesn't work well in cold, warm or even hot water. Look elsewhere for a laundry detergent. -
Question: How is this different from super powder laundry detergent with enzymes? the ingredient lists are the same
Answer: Our Active Wear detergent and Super Powder detergent have the same earth-derived ingredients - the Active Wear detergent however has a slightly different % of surfactant and enzymes that is optimized for cleaning athletic and other delicate fabrics such as yoga pants and sport jerseys! Additionally, the Active Wear has a sport fresh scent, whereas our Super Powders come in Lavender, Ocean Mist and Unscented -
Question: Which covers most? 4 boys, things get past me. Which to choose?
Answer: Not exactly sure what the question is, but my husband is a runner, and I exercise most days so there are always sweaty clothes and damp towels. I hate things that smell musty or sour. I like this soap a lot. It does a good job.
