    • Question: How should these be inserted to correct overpronation?

      Answer: Place the inserts with the thicker edge to the outside edge of the shoes.
    • Question: Do you use this for brand new shoes for prevention, or already worn outsoles of the shoes for correction?

      Answer: I wore mine in brand new shoes. They’ve helped to reduce wear on the soles of my shoes.
    • Question: Do they stay in one place?

      Answer: Hold in one place well.
    • Question: Can they be used with birkenstock sandals for supination?

      Answer: The bottoms of the pads are somewhat sticky. I can’t say for sure that they won’t slip without a heel to help hold it in place.

      Answer: Yes, they can be reused and washed.

    I do like these they work well, but the adhesion needs some work. They keep falling out.

    The adhesive doesn't hold the insole in place. I will try some Super Glue.

    Comfortable Corrrection
    This is a great product with an adhesive back that keeps it in place. These are a great help with my knee and hip pain due to supination.

    Not enough slope
    There's barely a slope so I have to use two per foot.
