    • Question: Are they self adhesive? If I remove them from one pair of shoes, will they still be sticky and stay on the 2nd pair of shoes?

      Answer: I needed to have a lift that was 2 to 3 cm. I put one on top of the other and it worked.
    • Question: Where are these made?

      Answer: I just got a package of 2 sets of lifts today. The plastic bag they were in says made in China. And the writing on the bag is clearly written by someone translating into English. Not being critical as I only have one language. But this was clearly not written by primarily English speaker/writer.
    • Question: Can I use the brown layer only for 0.2" lift? How much lift do the 2 and 3 layers provide, total?

      Answer: If you have the brown layer and one more layer it's about a 1/4 inch lift and with all 3 it's slightly under a 1/2 in lift.
    • Question: Will it fit men's size 9 wide?

      Answer: I can't say for certain because I wear size 11 normal width, but these inserts are slightly narrower than the width of my shoe so they will certainly fit inside a wide shoe.
    • Question: Is the end of it comfortable or is there a ledge of sorts?

      Answer: again, they are clear soft plastic, no hard edges.
    • Question: I need 3/8 inch for leg discrepancy Is this included ?

      Answer: I believe it is.
    • Question: Will the regular ones fit well with shoes? Are thwy bothersome on the tp or bottom of the foot arch?

      Answer: yes they fit in all my shoes (I bought a pair for each of my shoes) and now I they don't bother my foot at all.
    • Question: Does the gel compress when you walk on it or stay it's full thickness?

      Answer: Feel slight compression when in use. Resumes full thickness after use.

    Should be individually packed and labeled
    I'm not sure what is what. They all came stuck together and I only understood the heel lift one but others especially clear ones were all stuck together and sticky on both sides.

    Great cushion
    Adds an excellent extra cushion over my hard 9mm inserts! I love these! They make my day a little more comfy.

    Too narrow but comfy
    I really like how comfy but yet supportive this is. they help with pain from leg length discrepancy. I wish they came in wider sizes or something. I find them a bit too narrow. The adhesive is pretty strong. Try to figure out what the lift should look like in your shoe before you take off the film and apply it so that you don't have to nudge the lifts angle a bit because the adhesive works better when you don't have to reposition it. But the adhesive still holds up pretty well even if you have to move it. I have repositioned mine many times because I was trying to find the best fit and it still holds on to the sole well. But I sometimes find it has moved when I have thrown my shoes in the closet or whatever. Also it works better and is easier to position in tennis shoes with cushioned sides around the heel rather than shoes with weak heel support. I have not tried it in backless sandles or on high heels. I am still giving this four stars because it is the comfyest one I have tried and I don't find myself taking it out as often as other ones I have tried.

    Glad to get since shoe stores don't carry them.
    It worked fine for what I wanted, but wish you could get more of the 1 size and not sizes you don't need
