Answer: No it does not, that’s why I buy it, no antihistamines. -

Answer: I used up the Elderberry so I no longer have the packaging to read ingredients, but it was sweet and did not say "no sugar added." The other Maximum Strength, raspberry flavor, does have liquid glucose added.
