Question: Do you put the toothpaste on the top and bottom of the mouth piece?
Answer: Yes. And foam toothpaste is recommended for better cleaning effect while using whole mouth toothbrushes. -
Question: Does this toothbrush built-in timer?
Answer: yes, 60 seconds I believe and auto shuts off. -
Question: The charger is repelling the magnetization in the toothbrush. How do I get the charger to connect?
Answer: Did you try turning the charger head around? The direction it's in while you're connecting it matters. One direction will repel it and the other will attract it. It's just like when you attach two magnet buttons. One side will attract and the other side will repel...if you've ever played with magnet buttons...LOL I have. That's the only reason I know! -
Question: How do I charge it?
Answer: It comes with a USB cord to charge the battery. I haven’t needed to use it much though so battery life is pretty good so far. -
Question: What is included? Product descrip lists 3 brush heads but under whats included only 2.

Question: Do you have to use the foam toothpaste with this?
Answer: We’ve done with regular toothpaste but would recommend the foam otherwise you spend a lot of time rinsing bristles.
