    They're ok
    These help but they slip off my heels with certain socks. When this happens, it's unpleasant and there's no support then. They work better inside of shoes and not clogs or sandals.

    Really like these and they work
    Was able to work my 12 hrs shift with out being in pain the whole time so they worked better than the inserts I had gotten in the past.
