    • Question: can i use a top loading washer?

      Answer: I used a top loading washer, on delicate cycle and it worked great! One tip; I wound up running the down bags through twice as they don't like to surrender to the water so the second time through they were really wet and washed better. Really enjoyed this product, will buy again.
    • Question: Is this h/e wash compatible

      Answer: I used it in my h/e washer and it did a great job on my down jacket and sleeping bag!
    • Question: Does this help get rid of grease or any stain?

      Answer: Some if they been there not so much I did not try a second wash it did a good kob on downfether made it much wamer
    • Question: Can I wash jacket by hand and use this?

      Answer: Sure, why not? But I used it in a washing machine with my down ski jacket and down sleeping bag, on gentle cycle and they came out clean and undamaged. Then I dried them in the dryer on very low heat with a clean running shoe in there to redistribute the down.
    • Question: Can this product be use in a high efficiency washer?

      Answer: I washed my down jacket in a laundromat washer without problems. The washer are very new machines, but I am not sure they are HE machines.
    • Question: does it increase waterproofing?

      Answer: Nope, how could it? The important question would be, "will it remove any waterproofing" and that I cannot answer. But it does the job to clean the down garments without damaging the down. But when you dry it, use very low heat and put a clean running shoe in the dryer to un-clump the down.
