    So amazing I bought several so my daughter would always have one cold.she has chronic headaches and these have helped so much.

    Immediate relief!
    This product came the very next day after I ordered it! Based on other reviewers complaints , I decided to take it completely apart and check each of the little gel packs to make sure they were all intact. Everything looked good. Depending on your freezer, you may want to leave it in there for a very short time. My freezer caused it to be a little too hard to wear, so I had to let it thaw out a bit. I think it would be helpful even if you just put it in your refrigerator. I like that the hat is adjustable, you can make it as tight or loose as you like. I don’t like things tight around my head so that was very helpful. It gave me immediate relief! I would definitely recommend this product! The reason I did not give it five stars all the way around, is that there are a few areas that are not covered by gel packs. However, that does not make any difference for me. The coolness radiates over your head so it still works beautifully!

    BEWARE!!!
    The media could not be loaded.  I was disappointed that it came damaged but we loved it for the time we tried it out, I will buy again.
