Steps of Grinding Tablets

1.Open the upper cover and put the tablets into the left hole.

2.Grind your tablet into powder by constantly turning the grinder clockwise.

Note:

1)Fast grinding tips: grinding clockwise 3 turns, counterclockwise 2 turns, alternately grinding in turn for 30 seconds.

2)Do not waggle or slant the grinder when grinding to prevent the powder leakage or spilling.

3)If the grinder gets stuck when grinding, please twist it anticlockwise for a few times, then continue the grinding clockwise.

4)We recommend to grind 1-2 large pills or 4-6 small pills at a time, in order to save effort and achieve quick results.

5）Some medication can’t or shouldn’t be grinded, such as capsule and sugar coated pills.

3.After finishing grinding, push the push button to pour out the powder into water in a glass, then you can swallow the powder very quickly.

Note:

Do not tilt the grinder to prevent the powder from spilling out when open the bottom box.

After each use, please wash thoroughly with warm water and food-grade washing liquid.
