Question: Does this fold up?
Answer: No it does not fold up.. Cannot adjust the height and is pretty high, cannot tilt it to get over a shower lip. Have to assemble it. Would be great if those issues were addressed in manufacturing -
Question: Are the wheels removable?
Answer: No they are not. Overall the legs/wheels are not very stable. One front leg bent on first use and unable to use it since. Contacted company but the never got back to me. -
Question: can the parts be fitted in a suitcase?
Answer: Hello, it would be very awkward Would need a large suitcase. The chair totally comes apart. In fact, it comes in pieces, you have to put it together. On a side note. I don't recommend it. It is VERY difficult to tilt it like a wheelchair to get over the shower lip. It is very tall, not good for a short person. The seam on seat actually cut my mother. I wish I could return it. waited too long. -
Question: How can I get a replacement seat insert which came with a slight rip allowing water to accumulate inside?
Answer: I asked to write to the company. The "personal care home" LOST the seat insert. The company sent me a replacement. -
Question: What is the height from the top of the padded seat to floor?
Answer: Sorry, passed it on to my sister-in-law who recently had open heart surgery. I can’t measure it for you. -
Question: Drop arms?
Answer: The arms do not drop, can't adjust the height. Have to assemble the entire chair. My mom was too short for it. Even with only a 2 " lip on my shower I could not tilt the chair to get over the 2" ledge. I do not recommend for a short person or someone that cannot stand. -
Question: can the foot rest be folded up when not in use?
Answer: Yes, of cause, the foot rest can be folded up when not use. -
Question: Can this product be used as a shower chair?
Answer: Yes, it is designed for shower chair. -
Question: My grams is not sure if this is what we need for gramps. Is this returnable?
Answer: That I don't know. Honestly if I used it right when I got it, I would have returned it.
