Question: Can you use the compression feature without massage?
Answer: Hi, yes, you can only use compression without massage. Compression,massage, heating these three features can work individully alone, you can also combine 2 of them or all of them together. And each feature owns its own level. 2 heat levels, off/moderate/warm, 3 compression intensities and 3 preset massage mode. Totally DIY according to your needs. -

Answer: Yes you can turn off the heat. It has 3 heat modes. Off green and red. For temps , but it honestly feels really nice and I think Youl end up liking it with the heat on. -

Answer: It has 3 modes, and each runs for 15 minutes and shuts off automatically. You can click the power button to shut off at anytime. Believe me your not going to need it for more than 15 minutes. It really digs into your feet in a good way, and then let your feet rest for atleast 15-20 minutes.
