      Answer: I would say that depends on how tight it is on your thigh. You are not suppose to sleep in compression socks because they are tight, but this thigh compression sleeve has enough tightness to ease my pain but not too tight to cut circulation if I slept with it on. You be the judge. If it is tight enough to leave an impression on your thigh, I would say no.

      Answer: The sleeve was tight , but after the swelling went down, it fit.

      Answer: If you have bad cramps, might look into magnesium and Potassium, I was deficient, and had leg cramps after exercise, in a very short time after including these items, my cramps went, and have not returned. My guess is that compression wraps might ease some pain, but I would also check with a physician, nutritionist, or google leg cramps... I hope you have or will solve this issue soon.

    I have mixed feelings about these thigh compression sleeves. While they do offer some support, I expected better results for my thigh pain relief. The sizing was accurate, and they are comfortable to wear, but the support could be improved. It's an average product overall.

    Effective for muscle pain relief
    I purchased these thigh sleeves to help with my thigh pain, and they have been effective so far. The compression is just right, and they stay in place during workouts. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they run a bit small. Make sure to check the sizing chart before ordering.

    Good quality product
    These thigh compression sleeves are well-made and provide decent support. They have helped alleviate my thigh pain and provide stability during physical activities. The fabric feels durable, and the stitching is solid. Overall, a good product for the price.

    Great support and comfort
    I've been using these thigh compression sleeves for a couple of weeks now, and they have made a significant difference in my recovery. The sleeves provide excellent support to my quad, groin, and hamstring areas. They are comfortable to wear and don't restrict my movement. Highly recommended!
