Answer: Very light, not sure weight. But it’s so great !! I bought 2 thinking I was going to need to trade it out fast after coolness wore off, bit I day it stays cold for maybe an hour. It’s made excellent also. Great material! Not afraid of it ripping at the seams at all . I fold it and put it in the freezer. It bends nicely & it’s not a hard brick. It’s just the best thing for my whole back/ plus it has 2?long stretchy elastic bands so you can anchor it under your arms and around the chest, and one if ya want for lower part to keep it on your back while walking around. It’s totally worth every penny 👍👍👍 -
Question: For a woman's chest size of 36 inches would the smaller size fit?
Answer: I'm a man with a 45 inch chest. The smaller size fits me fine, and there is a lot of room to make it tighter if need be. It is easy to put on and very effective. Good luck. -
