    • Question: Can you walk around while the product is on?

      Answer: We have 2 different brands of these ice packs. Both tend to slip down when standing. They work best when in a reclined position. We use it during elevation of knee after total knee arthroplasty. It has been very effective. My husband liked it better than the expensive circulating ice machine because it has no tubing and is less restrictive.
    • Question: Does the wrap cool the back of the knee at the same time as the front?

      Answer: Yes it does.
    • Question: I'm small. Will it snugly fit a 12" knee?

      Answer: It is adjustable. Directly out of the freezer it’s not as pliable and will not form to the knee - but once it thaws it should be fin
    • Question: Rehab instructions says ice 20 minutes walk/ excersise 20 minutes. how long does it take to refreeze to be used again?

      Answer: My PT person told me to ice for 10 minutes since it wraps completely around the knee icing both front and back. After 10 minutes, it’s still pretty much frozen/more pliable. If you put it in the freezer immediately after use, it should still be ok to use after 20 minutes. I love mine and glad I bought it.

    Good quality
    Very good quality, my partner uses ice on his knees usually every evening, and has loved the upgrade to this one. Stays put if they need to get up quick and help one of our little ones too.

    Great Ice Wrap
    Easy to use and wraps completely around the knee. Stays cold for a longer time than regular ice pack. And comfortable.

    Wrap works well
    I had knee surgery 03/21 and threw out the ice machine that was not working...these wraps saved my life and did indeed work as they should, staying cold for the entire 20 minutes I was supposed to ice (when I did ice). I guess I am getting my use out of them as I am on week 2 now, using them daily (I have 2). Freeze them for 3-4 hours (best job) and alternate their use.

    Only one complaint
    Icepack works well and is easy to use. My one complaint is the ice pack is designed to be wrapped in either direction so the Velcro tabs adhere on both sides. This allows the tabs to grab or stick to clothing or in my case the TED hose that I'm wearing. Minor annoyance.
