    • Question: Why does this make me feel nauseous?

      Answer: Yes BAB's answer is perfectly correct. Whilst it is perfectly safe to supplement 15mg zinc daily, zinc-containing supplements are sometimes associated with feelings of nausea for those that are sensitive. To reduce this, as per the label directions, we highly recommend taking Liposomal Elderberry & Vitamin C with food, rather than on an empty stomach. If you are currently taking the full adult serving at one time, you could try taking this as a split dose throughout the day to reduce the amount of zinc in the digestive tract at any one time. Please note that high zinc intake can also be associated with nausea. The safe upper limit for daily zinc intake is 40mg. We recommend checking the content of any other supplements you are taking to ensure you are not exceeding this limit.     Yet to see the full effect just yet, but tastes fine.
    I really wanted to write a review because a lot of people said it tastes gross. It's liquid natural elderberries, zinc, and vitamin C. Its not gonna taste like candy people 🙈. If you need that sweet taste take it in gummy form or a pill like a little kid lol. This works just fine though. I put 3 tablespoons in water, mixed, and drank it down. Tastes like a bitter natural berry taste, nothing bad. Will look milky once mixed. Just tried it today, so I'll see how well it preforms.
