Question: Is this back cracker relieve my back pain?
Answer: Yes. I have been using this Back Stretcher for 3 weeks. This product is capable of 4 Levels Adjustable as described. I am mainly using it at the lowest level. Actually, I bought this product because of low back pain, but so far I am very satisfied. When I use this product, I feel very comfortable in my low back. I am 5.5' tall and weigh 150 pounds, and I am using this product without any problems. In my opinion, even a 200+pound adult can use it without any problems. If anyone has a back pain, I highly recommend this product. -
Question: How do you feel to lie on it？Before starting lumbar traction, what should be noted？
Answer: If you use it for the first time, acupuncture traction may feel uncomfortable. You can cover the back cracker with a soft towel to add comfort. Start with the lowest setting until you get used to it. I've had this back stretcher for about a month. So far I like it. It has 4 different stretching levels. Low, medium,and high. I personally like using the lowest level. It feels the most comfortable without arching my back so much. The soft foam cushion in the middle of the back cracking device provides good cushion and protection. This Back stretching device gives my back a good strech and greatly relieved my back fatigue. Highly recommend ！ -
Question: How is the quality of it for heavier people
Answer: It's Perfect! I was 260 lbs on there and its sturdy enough. The soft foam cushion in the middle provide extral comfort. I have terrible neck pain and tension headaches; ever since I started using this, my neck feels amazing, my mood is uplifted, my shoulders are more relaxed. I am so glad I bought this. -
Question: Is it easy to carry? How to use the neck stretcher correctly?
Answer: The neck massage stretcher weighs about 1 lb, sturdy and lightweight for portable. It has 4 adjustable settings. I fix this back stretcher device at the most comfortable level 2 when I first used it. I didn't recommend using the highest strength at the beginning. Start with the lowest level first and work your way up. I use it for 5-10 minutes each time. It gives my upper back& cervical spine a good strech and greatly relieved my fatigue. For it's simplicity, low price and ease of use, it is worth a try.
